"Benepeople Co., Ltd." The Company will promptly take action without delay. 3) If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information, the Company will not use or provide the information until the correction or deletion is completed. 4) For children under 14 years old, legal guardians have the right to access, modify, or withdraw consent for the child's personal information. 5) The rights under 1) can be exercised through legal representatives or authorized agents. In this case, a power of attorney according to Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
5. Installation/Operation and Refusal of Personal Information Automatic Collection Devices

Cookies are very small text files sent by the server used to operate the website, which are stored on the user's computer's hard disk. Pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company implements necessary technical, managerial, and physical measures to ensure security as follows: 1) Minimization and Education of Personal Information Handlers The Company designates and limits employees handling personal information to a minimum and conducts necessary measures to manage personal information securely. 2) Establishment and Implementation of Internal Management Plan The Company establishes and implements an internal management plan for secure processing of personal information. 3) Technical Measures against Hacking The Company installs security programs and periodically updates and inspects them to prevent personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. 4) Access Restriction to Personal Information The Company grants, changes, and deletes access rights to the personal information processing database system to ensure personal information access control, and controls unauthorized access from the outside by using intrusion prevention systems. 5) Preservation and Prevention of Alteration of Access Records The Company maintains and manages records of access to personal information processing systems for at least 6 months and uses security features to prevent forgery, theft, or loss of access records.
