Q1. Issuing Invoices and Receipts
- You can download invoices and receipts by logging in, going to \"My Page,\" clicking on your reservation under \"Reservation Status,\" and then downloading the invoice and receipt.

Q2. Changing Reservation Schedule
- Changing the schedule is not possible. Please make a new reservation and cancel the existing one.

Q3. Split Payment Method
- When making a new reservation, you can adjust the payment amount to pay only a portion of the total.
- After the first payment, click on the \"My Page\" menu at the top right, go to your reservation, and pay the remaining balance.

Q4. Request for Manual Payment
- If online payment is difficult due to the use of a research fund card, please send an email to info@benepeople.co.kr with the following form completed:

5. Check-in and out Date:
6. Card Number and Expiration Date
* Please note that some cards may not be accepted, and if manual payment is not possible with your card, we will inform you accordingly.
* Manual payments are only possible with domestic cards and not with international cards.
